The Pentair Admiral S20, part 84420805, is a white pool skimmer for concrete construction with a flap weir, a 2 inch slip port and no equalizer.
The S20 body
Where the smaller Admiral skimmer uses an ABS body, the S20 is built on a reinforced PVC twin port base. That is the version specified for concrete pools, where the skimmer is set in the shell and has to survive the pour and then decades of chemistry.
Weir and equalizer
The flap weir is the hinged door in the throat. It rides on the water line and holds floating debris inside the skimmer instead of letting it wash back out when the pump cycles off. Pentair also makes this skimmer with a circular weir if you prefer that style. This particular part is supplied without the equalizer, so the second port stays unused. Equalizer versions are the ones specified for commercial and NSF work, or where the second port ties to the main drain.
Lid
The Admiral lock down lid is standard, and it takes custom logo disks if you want the deck to carry a name.
