Pentair EQ1000 Series 10HP Nema Premium Efficiency Single Phase Pool Pump without Strainer 230V, 340237

The Pentair EQ1000 is a 10 HP commercial pool pump from the EQ Series, supplied here without a strainer pot. It runs on 230V single phase power and uses a Nema Premium efficiency motor, so it pulls less electricity than an ordinary motor for the same flow.

Built for commercial water

EQ Series pumps are the only commercial pumps made entirely from noncorrosive plastic, which matters on a pool that sees heavy chemical loads or salt. The closed impeller is designed for lower loads and long life, and the close coupled layout keeps flow quiet and stable. The pump is self priming under NSF standards and NSF listed.

Plumbing and drives

Suction is 6 in. and discharge is 4 in. The pump is a drop-in replacement for the Pentair C Series and is designed to run with the Pentair Acu Drive XS variable frequency drive, so it can be slowed for low head or overnight duty.
