Pentair part 011642 is the WhisperFlo WFK-6, a 1.5HP full rated pool pump wired for three phase power at 208, 230 or 460 volts.

Three phase, not residential

This is the commercial version of the WhisperFlo. Three phase motors run smoother, start easier under load and generally last longer than single phase equivalents, but they need a three phase service and the right starter or drive to feed them. Check what is actually at the panel before ordering, because there is no way to run this pump on a standard house supply.

Full rated horsepower

Full rated means the motor makes its 1.5 horsepower on the nameplate rather than leaning on service factor to claim it. When a system was engineered around a specific flow, that distinction is what keeps the replacement pump performing like the one it follows.

Voltage flexibility

One pump covers 208, 230 and 460 volt three phase supplies, which is useful for a service company holding stock across sites that are not wired the same way.
