The Waterway 310-1910 is the 2 inch Executive wet end rated 4 HP, built for a 48 frame motor. It is the genuine Waterway part.
What a wet end is
A pump is two halves bolted together: the motor, and the wet end that holds the water. The wet end is the volute, the impeller area and the seal plate, the part that cracks, wears and leaks. When the motor is still turning true, replacing the wet end rebuilds the pump for much less than a whole new unit.
