The Pentair 355330 is the strainer pot flange o-ring, also carried as O-301. It measures 2-3/8 inches inside diameter with a 1/8 inch cross section.

The symptom it fixes
A pump that will not hold prime, or that weeps at the housing, very often has a flattened, cracked or hardened flange o-ring. It is the cheapest thing on the pad to replace and the first one worth ruling out. Give the new seal a coat of pool rated o-ring lubricant before the housing goes back together.
