Why TEFC matters on a commercial pad
Totally enclosed fan cooled means the motor windings are sealed away from the air around them and cooled by an external fan. On a commercial equipment pad, where the air carries chemical fumes and dust and the pump may run most of the day, that sealed construction is the difference between a motor that lasts and one that fails early.
Without strainer
