The Hayward ECX11034SET is the top and bottom tube sheet set for Perflex extended cycle DE filters. It fits models EC65, EC65A, EC75 and EC75A, and it is a genuine Hayward replacement product.
What the tube sheets do
A Perflex filter cleans through a bundle of flex tubes coated in DE. The tube sheets are the two plates that hold that bundle, one at each end, locating every tube and keeping it straight. When a sheet warps, cracks or wears its holes oversize, the tubes lean, rub and eventually split, and DE ends up going through to the pool.

Both sheets come together. That matters, because a new sheet paired with an old distorted one puts the bundle out of line all over again. If the element is apart far enough to reach one sheet, it is worth doing both while you are there.
