The Hayward SX200Q is a threaded sand filter lateral, 4 3/4 inch long, 7/8 inch in diameter, with a 3/4 inch MPT thread. It is a new genuine Hayward part.
What the lateral does
Laterals are the slotted fingers screwed into the hub at the bottom of a sand filter. Filtered water passes through their slots on the way out while the sand stays behind. The slots are narrow by design, and when one splits or a thread lets go, sand escapes straight into the plumbing and shows up in the pool.
