Where it goes
Two port diverters are the workhorses of an equipment pad. They isolate a heater, shut off a spa return, or throttle a line so flow splits the way it should between the pool and the spa. Because the valve takes both 1-1/2 inch and 2 inch pipe, one part number covers most of the runs on a residential pad.
