What it does
Pop-up heads sit flush in the pool floor and have to come out for cleaning and replacement. The three prongs on this tool engage the head evenly and turn it, so the head lifts instead of binding on one side. The same tool sets a new head back in and holds it while you clean debris out of the nozzle.
