Product details

The Sta-Rite U11-196PS is a 2 inch slip union adapter, the fitting that forms one half of the union at the pump.

What it does

A union is what makes a pump serviceable. Instead of cutting pipe every time the pump comes out, the union nut backs off and the adapter separates cleanly. The slip end on this adapter solvent welds onto 2 inch PVC, so it becomes part of the plumbing while the union half stays removable.
