The Hayward SPX2605CKIT is the 3/4 HP drive train upgrade kit for the Super Pump. It takes the drive train of an older SP1600X series pump up to the SP2600X series, so an aging pump gets current internals rather than another set of the same worn parts.
What is included
The kit supplies the impeller in 3/4 HP uprated, the seal plate, the housing gasket, the diffuser and the mechanical seal. Those are the parts that wear as a set on the wet end, so replacing them together is the difference between a pump that performs like new and one that is merely running again.
